Basic data protection training

Description

Responsible handling of personal data is essential today – whether in customer contact, in internal processes or when using digital tools. This compact, interactive data protection training course provides all employees with a solid basic understanding of the most important data protection principles in accordance with the GDPR and national law.


You will gain practical experience:

• The principles and obligations arising from the General Data Protection Regulation
• How personal data may be processed in a legally compliant manner
• What risks exist when handling data – and how they can be avoided
• What employees need to consider in everyday life (incl. examples and checklists)

Target group


The training is aimed at all employees – regardless of previous knowledge – who work with personal data or have contact with data protection-related topics.

• apply the central data protection principles
• recognize and avoid typical errors and data protection violations
• handle customer, employee or health data in compliance with data protection regulations
